What To Expect For Couples Therapy
You can expect to be treated with respect, acceptance, and compassion. This is a safe, judgement-free environment where the goal is to learn how to improve communication that connects you to your partner. The process begins with a first session where we meet together to understand your history and what brought you to therapy. We will then schedule one individual session for each of you to explore your personal experiences. Afterwards, we will engage in couples therapy for as many sessions needed for your specific challenge.
